The Perth Wildcats Wednesday 12 January clash with the Adelaide 36ers has again been postponed.
After PCR testing, 10 members of the Perth Wildcats 15-man playing roster have tested positive to COVID-19.
The Wildcats are currently based in Hobart, with the organization’s priority remaining the health and safety of all the players and staff.
Perth’s next game is now scheduled for Sunday 16 January against the Illawarra Hawks at the WIN Entertainment Centre.
The NBL issued the below update:
NBL SCHEDULE CHANGES
The Hungry Jack’s National Basketball League (NBL) has made changes to the Round 6 schedule in line with its Covid health and safety protocols, and respective state government close contact requirements.
The Illawarra Hawks v Adelaide 36ers and Adelaide 36ers v Perth Wildcats games have been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date.
Round 6 will instead be played as follows:
Brisbane Bullets v New Zealand Breakers
Sunday January 9, 3pm AEDT

The health and safety of the players, coaches, clubs, staff and fans is the League’s number one priority when considering these matters.
