All-Time Perth Wildcats Dream Team

Two weeks after the release of the official Perth Wildcats 40th Anniversary Team, the club is excited to reveal the All-Time Perth Wildcats Dream Team – as voted by the fans!

Like the 40th Anniversary Team, fans were asked to select 10 players - four guards and six front court players.

To be eligible for selection, each player must have played a minimum of two seasons with the Perth Wildcats.

Almost 1,000 teams were submitted, with fans making two differences of opinion to the expert selection panel responsible for the official 40th Anniversary Team.

Club legend Mike Ellis claimed one of the four guard positions alongside Bryce Cotton, Ricky Grace and Damian Martin.

Ellis captained the Wildcats from its inception in 1982 to his retirement in 1992 – lifting the club’s first two championship trophies in 1990 and 1991.

Having recently played his 400th Wildcats game, six-time champion Jesse Wagstaff also received the nod from fans, joining James Crawford, Andrew Vlahov, Shawn Redhage, Scott Fisher and Paul Rogers in the fantasy front court.

Bryce Cotton received the highest number of votes from fans, featuring in an incredible 96.9% of teams.
