Summary
It was a game of two halves for the Perth Wildcats, starting late out of the blocks against a firing Hawks. Bryce Cotton turned up the heat in the second half, finishing with an incredible 40 points, a game-high, team-high and his regular season career-high. Brady Manek got the Red Army off their feet with an insane fourth-quarter dunk, and 16 points to go along with it. Tyler Harvey was Illawarra’s best, finishing with 23 points.

“We came in and did what we needed to do,” he said.
“We can say the first half wasn’t up to our liking or speed or whatever, but the second half, we gave great effort on both ends of the floor.
“Bryce Cotton makes coaching look easy, it was a phenomenal performance, he understands the urgency at this point in the season.”
