The shooting guard will join Wildcats teammate Todd Withers at the Senators in 2025 in a massive boost for the club and competition.
The 23-year-old has enjoyed a bright start to his professional career in the NBL, averaging 7.3 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game this season.
The Australian-born, US-raised youngster also made his Boomers debut during the recent FIBA window, top-scoring in wins over Indonesia and Thailand with 18 and 24 points respectively.
“I’m looking forward to joining the Senators and putting on a championship run,” Pepper said.
Fellow Wildcat Michael Harris starred for the Senators last season, where he was named in the NBL1 West All-Star team, but has since signed for Frankston Blues in the NBL1 South competition for 2025.
