This morning the NBL informed the club that our match against the New Zealand Breakers on Friday 16 December has been postponed due to Covid isolation requirements for the Breakers team.
Several Breakers’ players have tested positive and due to isolation requirements in New Zealand, they do not have the minimum number of players available to travel and participate in the game.
We understand this will come as a huge disappointment to Wildcats members and fans.
We are working diligently with the NBL on details surrounding the rescheduling of the match to ensure the best possible outcomes for our members and fans.
We will communicate these details as soon as possible.
