Perth Wildcats take on Cairns in their NBL Blitz opener on the Gold Coast on Sunday afternoon as preparations ramp up for the regular season.

It's the first of three games in five days for the Wildcats, followed by Adelaide and New Zealand on Tuesday and Thursday respectively.

The Taipans clash kicks off at 1.30pm WA time, while the next two games start at 5.30pm WST.

All three games will be streamed live and free on Kayo freebies in a massive result for the Red Army who can't make it across the country for the tournament.

Seven off-signings are set to be in action for Perth, including top-five 2024 NBA draft prospect Alex Sarr, former Taipans big man Keanu Pinder and exciting import Jordan Usher.

It's already been a massive pre-season for the Wildcats, who have won four of their five matches including two out of three during the recently-concluded Las Vegas trip.

The team has been on the Gold Coast since Tuesday after splitting their G-League Fall Invitational Series against the NBA G-League Ignite 1-1.

The Wildcats' season opener is against Tasmania at RAC Arena on September 29 with tickets available via Ticketek.
