After missing last Thursday's hard-fought road win over Cairns due to concussion protocols, Pinder was back on court ahead of Saturday's trip to Auckland to face New Zealand Breakers.
It means the Wildcats could have a full roster to pick from for the first time since their season-opening HoopsFest victory over South-East Melbourne Phoenix at RAC Arena on September 20.
"He's been very good this week so unless something drastically changes, he'll be ready to go on Saturday," Rillie said.
"We are heading in the direction that you're hoping to regarding fitness and having everyone available.
"HoopsFest was the first time we had everyone available so that's a work in progress, we've had a good number of practices this week with everyone available on the court so that's good."
Import Dylan Windler said it was great to see Pinder back at training.
“It’s great to see,” he said.
“The training staff did a good job. That’s something you don’t want to play with. It’s early in the season and you want to make sure you get right. If it takes sitting out one game or two games, we want Keanu for the whole season and the play-offs. We don’t want this lingering around. It looked like he was right up to speed in practice."
The Wildcats fly out to New Zealand - via Sydney - on Friday, aiming for back-to-back wins.
The Breakers are coming off a trip to the US, where they took on NBA outfits Utah, Philadelphia and Oklahoma City.
