Rillie's charges led from start to finish in the massive 112-80 result to make it two wins from as many starts ahead of Thursday's finale against New Zealand.
The Wildcats scored the first 11 points of the game on their way to a commanding 37-11 quarter-time lead.
Big-name recruit Keanu Pinder had his best game for the club, scoring 17 points including 11 in the opening term, while development player Michael Harris top-scored with 18.
Emerging young gun Ben Henshall (17), superstar Bryce Cotton (12) and fellow import Jordan Usher (11) also reached double-figures in a scoring load that was evenly spread.
Perth's signficant lead meant Cotton was only required for 20 minutes, with Rillie resting the majority of his starters for the final term to give youngsters Dontae Russo-Nance and David Okwera some important court time.
“What set the tone of the game for us was the intensity,” Rillie told The West Australian.
“It made scoring in the first quarter come naturally because we created a lot of turnovers and the transition was very good. Guys were sharing the ball. It was pretty basketball to watch.
“The statistics will speak for themselves but my goal is to get them locked in because when they’re dialled in they are pretty impressive.
“The way we’re playing and the way the guys appreciate playing with each other, you can see they’re connected. We’ve got some very good players and good athletes out on the floor that can cover mistakes.”
The Wildcats' season opener is against Tasmania at RAC Arena on September 29 with tickets available via Ticketek.
