In front of hundreds of NBA scouts in Wednesday night's G-League Fall Invitational opener in Las Vegas, Sarr showed why he should be in the top-10 conversation alongside Ignite pair Matas Buzelis and Ron Holland.
The athletic 216cm Frenchman, who finished with 17 points, seven rebounds and six blocks in the Wildcats' 124-105 loss to G-League Ignite, landed a couple of huge dunks but his work at the other end of the court was even more impressive.
In a remarkable 30 seconds late in the first half, Sarr dunked the ball at one end before blocking two of No.1 prospect Buzelis' shots in a row.
The 18-year-old led all Wildcats in blocks and rebounds, while only import Jordan Usher (22) had more points.
Superstar Bryce Cotton (13), young gun Ben Henshall (11) and development player Michael Harris (10) also reached double-figure points for the visitors.
The Wildcats jumped out of the blocks quickly, scoring the first nine points of the game including a one-handed slam from Sarr.
But the home side hit back to take a 30-19 lead by quarter-time, capped off a buzzer-beater triple from Babacar Sane.
From there, the talent-laden Ignite's advantage continued to grow with Holland (23) and John Jenkins (17) doing the bulk of the damage and Buzelis (16) finishing strongly.
Game two is in Friday night at 6pm local time (9am WA time on Saturday).
