The Perth Wildcats are pleased to announce Vibe Petroleum as its new official Membership Partner for the 2020/21 NBL Season.
Western Australian owned and operated, Vibe Petroleum is a local success story and a rapidly growing independent fuel company. With 32 fuel stations in metropolitan Perth and regional Western Australia and with over 40 to be in operation by the end of the financial year, Vibe is the leading independent fuel brand in the state.
Operating with a motto of “buy local, support local”, the business is committed to enhancing the communities in which it operates by putting money spent back into the local community through local partnerships and sponsorships.
The partnership with the Perth Wildcats is seen as a strong way of reinforcing this commitment as well as helping to further build the profile of the brand.
“The Perth Wildcats are an iconic and much loved Western Australian brand. It is highly respected by all West Australians for its success both on and off the court, and especially for the work it does in the community. We have always admired what the club stands for as they are the same values that we want to instil at Vibe to help us grow further and succeed,” said Executive Officer, Rakesh Penmetsa.
Perth Wildcats Chief Executive Officer, Troy Georgiu, is delighted to have Vibe join the Wildcats family.
“We’re thrilled that Vibe Petroleum has chosen to align with the Perth Wildcats and impressed by their reasons in doing so,” said Mr Georgiu.
“Those reasons are testament to everything that our organisation believes so strongly in, giving back to our community, and taking care of and rewarding our highly passionate members and loyal partners who are the lifeblood of our club.
“We’re excited to be working with an organisation and with people who are passionate about wanting to support us, the Red Army and WA.”
Vibe service stations provide more than just fuel with hot foods freshly prepared on site, take-away cold sandwiches, hot and cold beverages, groceries, health and beauty supplies, auto-consumables and much more - everything for customers to refresh and recharge on the go.
Mr Penmetsa revealed Perth Wildcats members can also look forward to exclusive benefits as part of the partnership.
“We want to look after all of the club’s members and we want to offer them all an ongoing discount of four cents per litre off their fuel bill when they present their 2020/21 Membership Card. So Wildcat Members when you receive your membership card, please come and pay us a visit and save some money.”
“We are extremely proud to be able to join the Wildcats team and want to show our support of the Red Army. We are looking forward to another successful season.”
