Summary
The Perth Wildcats have pulled off an incredible come-from-behind victory at John Cain Arena to knock South East Melbourne Phoenix out of the championship race, and advance to the next stage of the play-in bracket. Phoenix started strong on their home court but the Wildcats continued to claw their way back and keep the margin to a minimum. Bryce Cotton had a quiet first half offensively, but came out firing in the fourth quarter, finishing with 26 points and 8 rebounds. Wildcats managed their biggest quarter score of the season, dropping 41 points in 10 minutes to secure the win.

John Rillie shared his thoughts after tonight’s big win.
“We came out with a great aura about ourselves, great intent and great purpose,” he said.
“The scoreboard does not dictate how you play, the fans like the scoreboard but I like the way the games going.
“I think we’ve been showing that we’re an explosive offensive team when we find a good rhythm”
