The Perth Wildcats have launched their 2021/22 season in style with a lunch event at East Perth’s Beaumonde on the Point.
350 guests, including players, coaches and club greats were in attendance to see the presentation of the new-look team.
The 2021/22 roster features five new Wildcats in Vic Law, Michael Frazier II, Jack Purchase and Matt Hodgson, as well as Kyle Zunic and Oliver Hayes-Brown (development players).
Law, Frazier and two-time champion Mitch Norton previewed the season following the presentation, with interviews with MC Lachy Reid.
The audience also heard from new Wildcats head coach Scott Morrison via video link, who was serving his second last day of hotel quarantine.
The Season Launch event also saw the club begin the celebrations of its 40th Anniversary year, with a panel including Mike Ellis, Ricky Grace, Andrew Vlahov and Shawn Redhage talking through the Wildcats incredible four decades of success.

The Perth Wildcats travelled to Tasmania on Friday morning, where it is scheduled to play five pre-season games over the next fortnight.
