The Perth Wildcats will open their 2020/21 season on their first day out of home quarantine.
Round Two of the NBL’s rolling schedule has been announced, with the Perth Wildcats set to take on the South East Melbourne Phoenix in front of the Red Army on Sunday 24 January.
Perth Wildcats players and coaches are currently quarantining for two weeks after returning from Brisbane at the weekend, ruling them out of the opening round of NBL fixtures this weekend.
The clash with the Phoenix will be the reigning champions first game since Game Three of the 2020 Grand Final in March, and their first official NBL game in front of fans since it’s semi-final series against Cairns in that same post-season.
The club will raise the 2020 NBL Championship banner as part of the historic occasion.
Tickets acquired to the previously scheduled home opener will apply to this game.
There are approximately 300 tickets remaining, and they will be released as per the following schedule:
Pre-Sale Two: Diamond and Gold Pledge Members
Resumes from 10am Wednesday 13 January and finishes 11am Friday 15 January.
Pre-Sale Three: All Other Members
Remaining members will have access to pre-sale tickets from 12pm Friday 15 January to 11am Tuesday 19 January. Please note, these members will need to pay the general public price for tickets.
All of these options are subject to the limited availability.
