Context
After a surprising loss on Thursday night to the Adelaide 36ers, the Perth Wildcats will be desperate to bounce back for the club’s 40th Anniversary Celebration night. Another win will help the Wildcats edge towards a Finals berth. The Wildcats have a record of 15-10, while the Taipans are eighth with eight wins to their name.

The only thing we can do from this game (Thursday agains Adelaide) is learn from it, so we'll try to learn as muc has we can in a short amount of time and switch over to Cairns."
