With regular starters Bryce Cotton, Jesse Wagstaff, Keanu Pinder, Jordan Usher and Tai Webster rested, it gave an opportunity for others to step up.
It was a new-look starting five with Alex Sarr joining Kyle Zunic, Corey Webster, recruit David Okwera and development player Michael Harris on the court.
Michael Harris (20 points) made the most of his chance, as did fellow DPs Dontae Russo-Nance (15) and Jack Andrew (four, nine rebounds and three blocks).
Young gun Ben Henshall's brilliant week continued with his third double-figure game, finishing with 17 points and four rebounds.
The Wildcats had a healthy 53-27 half-time lead with Webster (15) and Michael Harris (12) already reaching double digits.
The highlight of the opening half was Andrew's two-handed slam which had the visitors' bench on their feet.
Veteran Corey Webster, who hit three of four three-point attempts, was put on ice for the second half after leading all scorers.
The Overtime Elite is a professional basketball league for 16–20-year-olds, where Sarr played for two seasons before joining the Wildcats, based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Giant centre John Bol was among the best NBA prospects to feature for the OTE.
The Wildcats leave the US with two wins out of three games to go with two from two against the NBL West Select at home.
They now turn their attention to the NBL Blitz tournament on the Gold Coast, taking on Cairns, Adelaide and New Zealand over a five-day period in the lead up to the NBL24.
