As the new NBL season nears, the Perth Wildcats are very pleased to announce the recommitment of a host of its key platinum partners.
The club is thrilled to welcome back prominent national brands Tyrepower, IGA and Bowra & O’Dea, who have once again thrown their support behind the 10-time champions ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.
Perth Wildcats head of commercial, Sam Fotu, said commercial success is vital to continued growth and the on-court success of the Perth Wildcats.
“Commercial success ensures the basketball program is well resourced to help us deliver the ultimate on-court success in a fiercely competitive environment," he said.
"We are thrilled to continue our relationship with the likes of Tyrepower, IGA and Bowra & O’Dea ahead of what will be an exciting season both on and off the court,"
Tyrepower have extended its partnership with the club for another two years, which will take their long-term relationship with the Wildcats to an impressive six seasons.
“Tyrepower is beyond excited to continue our partnership with the Perth Wildcats, one of WA's most iconic sporting teams,” said general manager of Tyrepower WA, Dale Klompmaker.
“The Perth Wildcats have been a powerhouse in the NBL for over 30 years, and we're proud to be associated with such a successful and well-respected club.”
IGA will also remain on the Wildcats playing shorts for at least another two years, meaning Australia’s largest independent grocery chain will celebrate five seasons with the club in 2023/24.
Meanwhile, Bowra & O’Dea, who partnered with the club for the first time last season, have once again committed to the upcoming season.
“As 134-year-old West Australian family-owned business, Bowra & O’Dea Funeral Directors share similar standards of excellence with the Wildcats and we are delighted and proud to be aligned with the Perth Wildcats,” said Bowra & O’Dea CEO, Deanne McLeod.
“We look forward to supporting them this season and into the future”
With less than two months remaining until the Perth Wildcats first home game on Sunday 2 October, 85 per cent of corporate hospitality packages have been filled for the season, with the remaining options selling fast.
